Description

iCOOK is a really fun, hands-on after-school cooking program for students. This fall, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make a variety of healthy, delicious and fun recipes including Pumpkin Brownies , Rainbow Wraps, Carrot Cake Overnight Oats, Chai Pear Pies, Cheesy Pretzel Buns and more. Our chefs will learn about fall spices and how to add flavor and aroma to the dishes. We will “travel” to France, Mexico, China, and India and learn about their traditional cuisines and cultures. Throughout these sessions, we will master cooking safety, fundamental cooking techniques like slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing and more.
