Description

"Ready to rock? The Rockin’ Hawks Orff Ensemble will learn and perform songs in various styles including pop, calypso, and rock. Students will get to learn more complex Orff (xylophone) technique as well as technique on the bucket drums. Guest players from other school groups (POP, Holmes Glee Club) also may be teaming up with the students for one song so there may be some joint rehearsals. Students will get to do a live performance at the end of the extended session. SPECIAL NOTE: This class will go for 12 weeks. End date is December 10
